HCA Healthcare invites applications for the role of Psych
Registered Nurse at our North Unit. This position is pivotal in
delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a psychiatric
setting. The role focuses on managing patient care in a fast-paced
environment, ensuring mental health treatments align with

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance
with professional guidelines. Administer medications and provide
comprehensive treatment planning. Collaborate with psychiatrists,
physicians, and healthcare teams to facilitate patient centered
care. Educate patients and families about mental health conditions
and maintenance. Document patient care and respond to emergencies
while maintaining patient confidentiality. Strong psychiatric and
clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state. CPR
certified. Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing certification (PMH-BC)
preferred.
