Job Description:

focuses on the care of neurosurgical patients recovering from
surgery, emphasizing optimal patient outcomes, supportive family

nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures,
and protocols of HCA Healthcare. Monitor, record, and communicate
patient condition as appropriate using computerized documentation
systems. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop
appropriate nursing care plans. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Advocate for
patients and families, providing emotional support and education on
management of conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary
healthcare teams to foster efficient, quality care. Participate in
the development and implementation of patient care plans in
conjunction with team members. Strong clinical skills in a hospital
setting Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make critical
decisions under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
