direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the
application of scientific nursing principles. Assess, plan,
implement and evaluate patient care needs. Document patient history
and symptoms, collaborate with team members to facilitate
coordinated patient care. Act in compliance with all healthcare
regulations and standards. Flexibly move between departments as
needed, adapting to the pace and requirements of each. Proficient
in nursing best practices and core nursing skills Ability to adapt
to various clinical environments Strong team collaboration and
communication abilities Effective decision-making and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
