Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Nurse
Supervisor to join our team, providing unparalleled healthcare in
our inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role is instrumental in
ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and operational
management of nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in healthcare supervision, with a commitment to recovery
and rehabilitation. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will ensure
compliance with all healthcare regulations, oversee patient care,
and mentor nursing staff to achieve excellence in all facets of
their duties. Manage and oversee the nursing staff to ensure
compliance with standard healthcare regulations. Develop and
implement nursing care plans and oversee patient care. Conduct
staff evaluations and provide feedback for performance
improvements. Organize and lead training sessions for nursing staff
to improve skills and knowledge. Collaborate with healthcare team
members to optimize patient treatment plans. Manage patient records
and ensure confidentiality and accuracy. Participate in
administrative decision-making regarding department operations.
Proven leadership and management skills Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and
standards Ability to mentor and motivate staff Critical thinking
and problem-solving capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic
Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support
