Mammography Tech Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,611 to $1,805 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title Mammogram Tech City/State: Asheville, North Carolina Shift: M T TH Fri 7:00AM-5:30PM Contract Length: 3 weeks Start Date: 04/13/2026 Job Description: We are seeking a Mammogram Tech to perform screening and diagnostic mammograms at a large breast center. Responsibilities include operating GE Senographe Pristina equipment, documenting with Cerner and Penrad systems, and floating to other centers as needed. Responsibilities: Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms Operate GE Senographe Pristina equipment Float to other breast centers if needed Perform invasive and sterile procedures such as stereotactic biopsies and pre-surgical localizations Requirements: Current ARRT (R) and (M) Mammography certification BLS certification Screening mammogram experience Experience with additional imaging views such as magnification and spot compression views Competence in advanced mammography imaging Initial 40 hours of training in Mammography and ongoing education per MQSA Standards Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
