The hospital features 24 beds for acute care and additional beds for long-term care. Ambulatory services, including therapy services, are provided as well. We are looking for a dedicated professional ready to impact patient care positively. The role involves performing physical therapy evaluations and establishing plans of care. Frequent communication with the rehabilitation team regarding patient progress and discharge needs is essential. Clinicians may be required to float between acute, nursing home, and outpatient services as necessary. The work environment promotes collaboration and strives for the best patient care.
