Physical Therapist Location: Shelby, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,586 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Home Care Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: PT license Certifications: CPR certification, car insurance Must-Have: HCHB Homecare Homebase Description: Manager needs a traveler that can start as soon as possible. The facility offers home health services in a rural territory. Average 6 patients are managed per day, including visits, evaluations, admissions, and discharges. Patient types are primarily geriatric. The patient ratio includes 2 physical therapists, 1 physical therapist in orientation, and 1 physical therapist assistant. Technology used includes electronic medical records. Coverage area includes multiple counties. Scheduling is Monday through Friday with no weekend rotation. On-call duty is not required. Holiday expectations are as needed. Approval for time off requests goes through the manager. Shift times are from 8 AM to 5 PM. Scrub color is light gray.
