I m currently partnered with a well-established dental practice in Greenwood, South Carolina that is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider looking to build a long-term career within a supportive, patient-focused environment while enjoying the charm and quality of life that the Greenwood community offers.

Located in the heart of Upstate South Carolina, Greenwood is known for its welcoming atmosphere, affordable cost of living, and strong sense of community. Position

• Current staff:
  • Doctors: 1
  • Support Staff: 2 DAs, RDHs
• # of chairs/Ops: 4-6 operatories; doctor runs 2 columns
• Schedule: 4 Days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 40-45 patients per day (hygiene and procedures)
• Patient age range: Pediatrics
• Payor make-up: 60% Medicaid, 40% PPO

Compensation:

• Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
• Earning Potential: $250k+
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HAS, FSA, 401k

• Equity or Partnership: Shareholder availability after 6 months & up to 20% of ownership
