Job Description:

This position will support the North America CAPP Division with accountability for supporting customer's order fulfillment, technical support and quality issues in a variety of areas. This position will interact with a variety of internal departments including but not limited to the Field Sales, Manufacturing Operations, Technical Services and Quality. The CSR will be plant-based working closely with commercial and production planning to meet the needs of the customer. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: * Receive, enter and ship orders at customer's request. * Maintain open order/inventory reports. * Track customer orders to ensure on time delivery. * Quote prices for Account Managers * Track artwork through completion with customers and Crown's Midwest Graphics Center * Advise and/or direct customers to appropriate personnel for technical information. * Handle customer complaints, directing them to the technical service group and quality assurance as appropriate. * Serve as primary contact and liaison to customers, service reps, field sales and other internal employees. * Participate in training in preparation for possible future field sales assignment. Job Requirements The candidate selected for this role will have a solid history of excellent performance and results. Qualifications will include the following: * Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a business-related field * 3+ years of hands-on work experience in a customer service role. Customer service experience with large consumer package goods companies is a plus * Working experience in a manufacturing-based industry. * Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment, both as an independent contributor and also as a team player * Effective and proven organizational skills, ability to prioritize, effective time management skills and sound decision-making skills * Detail oriented and very accurate. * Sound conflict management skills and effective interpersonal skills when dealing with company employees, vendor or customers at all levels * In-depth working knowledge of all components of the Microsoft Office software * Working experience using an AS400 system is a plus * A strong commitment to on-going personal development through education, work experiences or training * The position will require limited domestic travel. Looking at the future career path, the ideal individual will have the potential beyond this position into other leadership positions in Sales and/or Production Planning.
