Your efforts in setting up and breaking down event spaces will create unforgettable experiences for our guests, aligning with Marriott's mission of providing excellent service and innovative hospitality. Arrange and organize banquet furniture (tables, chairs, etc.) according to the event plan. Ensure all setups meet Marriott quality standards and safety regulations. Work closely with banquet managers to confirm and adjust event requirements. Assist in inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas. Support the event team during live events, providing quick and efficient adjustments as needed. Strong organizational skills Ability to handle physical requirements of the job including setting up heavy furniture Attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Certification in hospitality management or event management is a plus, but not required.
