The ideal candidate will enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service in handling guests’ vehicles with care and proficiency. This role requires a commitment to maintaining Marriott’s high standards of service, ensuring a memorable guest experience from arrival through departure. Greet guests and visitors warmly as they arrive and depart, offering assistance with their vehicles. Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and safe manner. Manage parking area efficiently to maximize space and keep the flow of traffic moving. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ensure the security of vehicles and keys. Provide directions and local information as requested by guests. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to vehicle parking. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles. Physical agility and ability to lift moderate weights. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. First Aid and CPR certifications are advantageous.
