Supervisor ensures that Pines' high standards of food and service
are upheld, focusing on delivering exceptional service to

operational procedures for front-of-house team members to guarantee

involves training team members to meet service goals and enhance

Supervisor ensures that Pines' high standards of food and service

daily operations. Who you Are QUALIFICATIONS (Includes Education,
Experience, Knowledges and Abilities, Certificate or Licensure
Requirements): Minimum two years’ experience in a Dining Services
or Hospitality Equivalent role preferred. Strong customer service
orientation, leadership ability, organizational skills, and ability
to respond with critical thinking to changing conditions required
Deep understanding of the Food and Beverage Industry and current
trends. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervises team members and operations
across all non-bar dining venues Trains and educates team members
on steps of service, time management, and procedural changes,
ensuring consistent standards across dining venues, as directed by
the Food and Beverage Manager. Oversees the accurate and efficient
completion of opening, running, and closing side work duties to
ensure dining venues are resident-ready. Communicates roles and
responsibilities to service staff effectively through both
individual and group settings. Completes end-of-day reports for
Leadership Staff. Conducts pre-shift meetings with service staff to
align on objectives and service expectations. Maintains a
continuous presence by working alongside team members during
service. Attends the majority of required meetings with the Dining
Team and Pines Leadership Inspects and enforces uniforms standards
to ensure uniforms are proper, clean, and consistent. Addresses and
resolves resident or team member concerns promptly and follows up
on concerns with the Food and Beverage Manager Assist in
maintaining monthly/quarterly inventories and par-levels for
purchasing. Manage inventory of dining room items such as
silverware, glassware, and table service needs. Ensures compliance
with all local and state laws, as well as Pines policies and
procedures. Adheres to and promotes safety, accident, and emergency
policies and procedures. Performs additional assignments and
projects as required by the Food and Beverage Manager. PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS (AS DETERMINED USING WORKSHEET): (Include Vision,
Language, Hearing, Range of Motion, Lifting Capacity,
Sitting/Standing, etc.) Required to stand for long periods, walk
and climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, stretch and twist or
reach. Push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds. Continuous repetitive
motions Work Environment Work in an environment with significant
