Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General
Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management,
catering, food production, fine dining, and team management.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute operational plans and
strategies to achieve sales goals, maximize profits, and ensure
customer satisfaction. Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring that
they provide outstanding service to customers and maintain a clean
and organized restaurant. Develop and implement effective marketing
strategies to promote the restaurant, increase customer engagement,
and drive sales. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and
ingredients as needed, while minimizing waste. Ensure that food is
prepared to high-quality standards, following all health and safety
guidelines. Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial
reports to identify opportunities to improve profitability. Build
and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and
other business partners. Ensure compliance with all local, state,
and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines and
labor laws. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant
General Manager, preferably in a fast-paced quick-service
environment. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the
ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Understanding of
financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis. Excellent
problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on ensuring customer
satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends.
Willing to consider a student or recent graduate from a Business
Management or Hospitality Management or related program for this
