Our CompanyEquus Workforce SolutionsOverviewThe TDS Supervisor oversees performance of Talent Development Specialists to ensure participants receive quality and timely, and that program objectives are met. Resolve conflicts that arise with participants and failure-to-comply issues. Accounts for funding budgets in training and supportive services. Ensures team is prepared and trained to meet all federal, state, and local workforce requirements pertaining to career and training services under WIOA.Responsibilities* Manages rate of participant non-compliance* Holds weekly team meetings* Schedules individual supervision sessions with staff quarterly* Participates in monthly unit meetings* Ensures ongoing and open communication with staff and peers* Ensures application process for federal disability is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract* Reviews comprehensive service plans* Ensures that TDSs are monitoring client's progress toward goal of self-sufficiency* Manages RC WORCS invoicing data system; monitor funding and ensure all obligations are within available levels for Adult and Dislocate Worker* Other duties as assignedQualifications* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; Five years of related experience as well as two years of supervisory experience* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong management and organization skills* Ability to work with culturally diverse population* Ability to work across all levels of management and staff* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and ExcelAbout our Line of BusinessEquus Workforce Solutions, formerly ResCare Workforce Services, is the nation's leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
