Job Description:
Job Description The ideal candidate will support with Human
Resources responsibilities including managing bi-weekly payroll for
a construction company. Responsibilities Compensation & Benefits:
Administer compensation structures, benefits programs, and wellness
initiatives to support employee motivation and retention.
Onboarding: Manage posting jobs, and efficiently onboarding new
employees. Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between
management and employees, addressing grievances, managing conflict,
and fostering a positive work environment. Training & Development:
Assess training needs and implement development programs to enhance
skills and motivation, ensuring high standards and adherence to
company values. HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR records,
administer HR software, and provide HR metrics and reporting to
management for decision support. Workplace Culture: Foster a
positive and productive workplace culture through initiatives,
effective communication, and demonstrating company values.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 3 years'
experience in Human Resources specifically within payroll Strong
organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
