Position SummaryThis position reports to the Director of
Acquisition Marketing and is responsible for understanding consumer
digital behavior to guide website content and design for optimal,
digital customer experience on advanceamerica.net and other company
websites. The person best suited for this position will be a
seasoned, analytical individual who uses data driven strategic
thinking to discover insights into current website activity,
provide action-driven recommendations to improve website
performance, and monitor/report results of website usage, consumer
digital conversion funnel, and any implemented website test/update.
This individual will be instrumental in setting digital KPIs and
evolving the digital measurement platform.Job Responsibility
- Collaborate closely with agencies and internal departments
- Assist marketing managers and agency/partners with campaign
tracking needs and post-campaign analysis
- Understand and deliver clear verbal and written explanations of
complex data and performance metrics to key stakeholders utilizing
data visualization tools
- Provide recommendations and ideas to improve our marketing
technology roadmap
- Provide proactive insights based on regular analyses and
special-request inquiries of digital performance
- Continuously identify opportunities to modify reporting and
analytic strategies to better meet the needs of the business.
- Analyze potential changes to the website based on multi-variate
testing results, closely track the results of changes or tests
- Research and analyze competitor sites, as well as other
companies that provide best in class user experience
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the
presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how
users interact with our sites
- Develop strong understanding of traffic drivers and advertising

- Provide recommendations for digital KPIs and responsible for
continuously evolving the digital measurement platform
- Serve as a digital marketing analytics subject matter expert,
staying on top of news, trends, and best practices
- Ensure consistent implementation process across all marketing
web properties
- Manage analytics requests that incorporate: web and blog/social
media traffic and behavior; site conversions and funnels; customer
feedback and satisfaction ratings
- Manage, prioritize, and respond to ad-hoc requests for web
performance analysis from internal marketing team
- Work with agency to maintain and manage analytics tracking and
page tagging standards
- Build and maintain web analytics reports to monitor online
business and communicate results and recommendations to key
stakeholders regularly
- Generate weekly/monthly trend and variance analyses of traffic
and conversion dataEducation RequiredBS/MS degree in a
quantitative, test-driven fieldExperience Required5+ years of
experience in web user behavior analysis, advanced web analytics
management; knowledge and applied experience with digital analytics
for retail/e-retail business. Experience with A/B and multivariate
experiments also needed.Knowledge Required

regarding how to use web metrics, customer feedback and market or
industry benchmarks to monitor success towards goals and
objectives.
- Expertise usage of standard web analytics tools such as Google
Analytics Suite, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools,
Google Optimize, LogRocket, etc. and ability to leverage their
advanced features and functionality to generate meaningful reports
and insights in data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Experience in web user behavior analysis and advanced web
analytics methodologies.
- Open-minded, willing to learn new technologies as
required.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, PowerBI, Python, and
JavaScript development and constraints, a plus.
