experienced IT Director to lead the technology strategy and
operations for our client in Greenville, South Carolina. This role
requires a forward-thinking leader who can align IT initiatives
with business goals, ensuring efficient systems, robust
cybersecurity, and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate
will bring a combination of technical expertise and leadership
skills to drive innovation and optimize processes.
Responsibilities: • Define and implement a comprehensive IT
strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and future
growth. • Provide expert guidance to executive leadership on
technology investments, risks, and opportunities. • Lead and mentor
IT teams, fostering growth and a high-performance culture. • Manage
enterprise systems, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user
computing to ensure reliability and scalability. • Develop and
enforce cybersecurity protocols, data privacy measures, and
compliance standards. • Identify and mitigate technology risks
while overseeing audits and incident response processes. •
Collaborate with business leaders to enhance workflows and optimize
core business applications. • Oversee vendor relationships,
contracts, and partnerships to ensure cost-effective technology
solutions. • Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and cost-saving
initiatives to maximize efficiency. • Establish governance
frameworks, policies, and performance metrics to monitor IT
operations effectively • Proven experience in IT leadership roles,
preferably within manufacturing or similar industries. • Expertise
in managing enterprise applications, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and
compliance regulations. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise
and other business intelligence tools. • Demonstrated ability to
lead and develop high-performing teams. • Strategic thinking and
problem-solving skills to drive innovation and modernization. •
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively with stakeholders. • Experience with IT budgeting,
vendor management, and cost optimization.
