us! Job Description: This job is responsible for leading and
executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence
within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function
(ECF). Key responsibilities include executing LOB or ECF processes
and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job
expectations include supporting the implementation of quality
assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF
through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identifying
issues and control improvements for remediation, and building out
actions plans and milestones. Business Continuity Planning Program
Manager for the CFO Group is accountable for end?to?end ownership,
execution, and governance of all BCOR program requirements within
the CFO organization. This leader ensures full adherence to
enterprise Business Continuity, Operational Resiliency, and
Recovery standards; drives consistent planning and testing across
all CFO functions; manages cross?functional response readiness; and
provides executive?level risk insights to CFO leadership. This role
will serve as the central liaison to the Enterprise Global
Operational Resiliency (GOR) team, CFO sub-business lines, and risk
partners. Responsibilities: 1. Business Continuity Program
Management: •Accountable for BC planning, testing, risk
identification, and remediation across all CFO functions. •Ensure
all CFO BIAs, BRPs, and functional location tests are completed
on?time and meet enterprise standards. •Drive consistency and
quality for plan updates and updates to systems of record. •Provide
executive reporting on CFO resiliency posture, gaps, and
remediation timelines. 2. Governance, Monitoring, and Oversight for
CFO BCP Program: Own the CFO group’s adherence to: •BIA / BRP
maintenance and renewals •Monthly breached metrics reviews &
Go?to?Green plans •BRP Trigger Dashboard monitoring and required
plan updates •Third Party Resiliency & Exit Strategy Management
•Workaround documentation (Function, Application, Third Party)
•Aggregated risk reporting reviews with CFO risk officers 4. CFO
Lead for Enterprise BCOR Initiatives representing CFO in emerging
enterprise resiliency initiatives 5. Stakeholder Coordination
Across CFO Group: •Coordinate across CFO BC Coordinators, LOB SMEs,
and program contributors. •Align all CFO teams to enterprise
standards, testing cadences, and remediation timelines. •Drive
education, awareness, and accountability among CFO leaders and plan
owners. •Drive connectivity across other relevant programs such as
Services, Process Management, and Third Party, for example Required
Qualifications: Ability to lead across a large, complex
organization with multiple stakeholders. Experience managing
enterprise?wide regulatory or operational programs. Strong
governance discipline and comfort owning risk escalations.
Understanding of interconnected risk components (application, data,
infrastructure, third?party). Ability to synthesize program risk
posture for senior executives. Knowledge of Business Continuity,
Operational Resiliency, and Recovery & Resolution Planning
preferred. Able to effectively brief executives and enterprise
resilience leadership. Skilled in creating concise and powerful
program reporting Ability to effectively communicate and partner
