With a competitive product pipeline and time-tested services, Spartan is planning a nationwide campaign for company growth opportunities. -- General Job Description: This position requires a working team leader to provide Customer Service strategic and tactical direction and enhance customer relationships through consistent and timely technical support.-- This position may evolve into the Manager of the Support department.This individual--will manage our software implementations and lead other Support resources this will include but not limited to: assisting customers with Support tickets, software testing, manage software implementations, software documentation, providing assistance to and directing other project managers, and other administrative duties as directed.This is not a developer position; however, a software development background will be helpful.--Must have a high attention to detail and work in a proactive organized method.Must be a self-motivated individual--that--assists--in all levels--of software implementations.Must be able to manage an implementation from start to finish,--including--project kick-off,--business analysis,--software--configuration and--software--training.----Must be able to manage a cross functional team to ensure a project's success.-- This includes developers, support resources, and QA. -- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate and enforce policies, procedures, and performance standards for technical support.Evaluate the severity of an issues, determine necessary intervention to address problem in a timely manner.Enhance customer contact problem/resolution tracking and provide feedback to executive management.Build rapport with clients to turn what may be a negative situation into a positive experience.Creating and managing project plansStrong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.Working with development and the customer on conversion mappingsWeekly status reports on project progress, accomplishments, and issues and risks.Manage the change control process during a project's lifecycle.Documenting the customers' business processes and how it translates into Spartan's application.Travel--is--required.Research and test new releases of Spartan products for compatibility with various hardware and operating system platforms Education and/or Experience: Associate degree required, bachelor's preferred (or comparable work experience).The qualified applicant should have working knowledge of--Microsoft Office-- products, Microsoft Project--, and other supporting business applications.--Should be--a fast learner and--will be--expected to master company's--software in a timely fashion according to--support and--implementation requirements.Must be able to define daily assignments according to--support assignments, project plans, allocated tasks, and requests from executive management.--Must be able to multitask effectively and be adaptable to changes--in--daily tasks.The qualified applicant will possess excellent--written and verbal--communication and organization skills.--They--will need the ability to be detailed when necessary and global if required.This position will become a part of a working team and must have the--personal and professional--skills to become a part of the team.The following experiences will be considered a plus: legal/judicial/prosecution--experience, participation in--software--development projects.-- -- Compensation: A competitive compensation package, including salary, paid time off, health benefits (medical, vision, and dental), disability benefits, and a retirement plan is offered.
