Position Summary The Delivery & Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting Morrison Millwork’s commitment to excellent service and dependable operations. This position is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of windows and doors, as well as supporting daily warehouse receiving and organization. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong customer-first mindset. When not on deliveries, the associate works in the warehouse to receive, organize, and prepare products for shipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Delivery Operations Load, secure, and unload windows and doors for delivery. Safely operate company delivery vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws. Deliver products to job sites and customer locations in a timely manner. Obtain required delivery signatures and photographs. Communicate delays, route changes, or concerns to the Logistics Manager. Provide courteous, professional customer service at all delivery locations. Warehouse Operations Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against manifests. Assist with inventory organization and accuracy. Prepare and stage materials for upcoming deliveries. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Use hand trucks, electric lifts, and other equipment to move materials safely. Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Prioritize personal, team, and public safety at all times. General Responsibilities Assist other drivers with navigation and routing as needed. Support team members during busy periods. Complete miscellaneous warehouse and delivery duties as assigned. Follow all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook. Key Behaviors & Competencies Demonstrates Excellence through accuracy, reliability, and strong work ethic Shows Compassion in interactions with customers and coworkers Takes Accountability for safety, equipment, and job performance Acts in an Honorable manner with integrity and professionalism Works in a Collaborative way to support team success Maintains a positive, dependable, and flexible attitude Strong time management and organizational skills Comfortable using computers, GPS, and basic Office tools Safety-focused in all work environments Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver’s license required Must pass annual motor vehicle record review Must be insurable under the company auto policy Must pass background check and drug screening Experience driving vehicles under 26,000 lbs required Skilled and confident in maneuvering and parking larger vehicles Proficient with GPS and routing systems Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Experience using hand trucks and electric lifts preferred Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Ability to transport materials up to 100 yards as needed Ability to work in warehouse, outdoor, and construction site environments Standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods Ability to safely handle large windows and doors Work Environment & Schedule Combination of warehouse, delivery vehicle, and job site environments Schedule may vary based on delivery needs and business demands Overtime may be required during peak periods
