Lead, Shipping and Receiving - Nights Location: Greeneville, TN
Salary: $24.72 plus $1.50 Shift Differential for Night shift (total
$26.22 per hour) We are looking to add a Shipping and Receiving
Warehouse Lead to carry out our company mission of maintaining an

Your part in our story: The Production Lead is responsible for the
staffing set up and operation of the bottling lines to meet
production standard and customer expectations. Together with the
Production Supervisor, the Production Lead is responsible for the
proper training and development of the production line personnel.
Will perform basic machine operations to include; stacking raw
material, handling finished product cases, performing quality
inspections and minor machine adjustments. Ensure training and
orientation of production employees in accordance with published
Lesson Plans. Provides input and participates in employee
performance reviews. Oversees production lines to ensure that
quality product is being produced in a safe manner. Operates Ergo
Block (blow molder/filler/labeler/capper); performs prescribed
quality tests. Maintains safe and clean workshop, follows safety
guidelines. Reports all emergencies, injuries, and production
incidents immediately to production supervisor. Must follow all
established Good Manufacturing Practices. Work 5pm-5am on a 2-2-3
shift schedule: Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday
– Work: Friday, Saturday & Sunday Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work:

Daily Pay About you – preferred requirements for this role High
School diploma or GED is required Some leadership experience,
preferably in a manufacturing setting. Some manufacturing
experience with a beverage, food or liquid consumer products
manufacturer is preferred. Prior knowledge of GMP’s, sanitation
standards and FDA requirements is helpful. Must be able to stand
for extended periods of time – 12 hour shifts. Basic math skills
are needed. Must be able to work flexible hours. Good
organizational skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good
communication skills – oral and written. Safety - Everyone at

equivalent in Shipping/Receiving preferred Ability to work a
flexible schedule as needed Exceptional interpersonal skills
Computer experience is required Forklift experience and
certification a plus Responsibilities: The Shipping/Receiving Lead
will ensure that all necessary paperwork and steps have been
properly completed for outgoing shipments as well as incoming
receipts. Oversees day-to-day duties of assigned team. Promote
continuous improvement and cost containment in designated area.
Support the training and continued adherence to designated area’s
standards and processes. Provide performance feedback to team and
management. May participate in interview process. Lead department
activities to support work plans. Promote safety and wellness
guidelines. Confer with other leads or manager to coordinate
activities between team mates, departments and/or shifts. Ensures
through constant observation and routine inspections that high
quality output is being produced. Reports all emergencies,
injuries, and incidents immediately to manager and may help conduct
accident investigations. May take on additional duties for team
mate due to time off, team meetings, and cross-training etc. and
therefore may require flexible working hours. Essential job duties:
• Print all paperwork required for customer order shipments,
including pallet labels and load tags, and sales order copies. •
Verify that all orders have been loaded properly and print bills of
lading. • Ship orders in system and send any post-shipment ASN’s as
required by the customer. • Provide backup for scheduling dock
times for incoming and outgoing shipments may be required. •
Unloading/Loading of shipments as needed. • Update/print freight
transmittal daily. • Assist drivers with the check-in/out process.
GMP & PPE Required: While on the production floor in the plant, you
will be required to follow and help to enforce all GMP regulations
in the plant. Anyone entering the production floor must follow the
GMP rules in their employee handbook, which includes the required
hairnets, beard nets, and earplugs. It is also required that all
personnel wear safety glasses. Follows standard operating
procedures including quality checks and procedures for all
operations. Also follows HACCP and SQF requirements for food
quality and safety. Non-Essential Job Duties Will perform other
related work as required. In the absence of this employee, the
direct manager or appointee will cover responsibilities. Work
Environment: This position will work within an office environment.
