About the Role: The Flatwork/DryFold position is essential in ensuring the efficient processing and handling of laundered textiles, primarily focusing on flatwork items such as sheets, tablecloths, and other large fabric pieces. The role involves operating specialized machinery to dry fold and neatly stack these items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. This position contributes directly to the overall workflow by preparing textiles for delivery or further processing, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and timeliness. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a team environment, adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines. Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment or willingness to learn. - Basic physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle textiles. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
