Job Description Job Description Press Production Associate Location: Piedmont, SC Pay: $16.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Saturday (6:00 AM - 2:15 PM) with overtime on Saturdays and occasional Sundays Job Summary: We're looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Press Production Associates in automotive parts manufacturing. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a chance for long-term employment with a great company. What You'll Do: Operate press line equipment and load/unload stampings Inspect, pack, and label parts, and track inventory Follow quality processes and document accordingly Participate in changeovers, equipment adjustments, and improvement initiatives Train new employees and maintain 5S standards Use SAP for labeling, scanning, and part transfers Ensure product quality and uphold company core values What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED 6 months of manufacturing experience (press shop experience a plus) Ability to work independently and lift 50-60 lbs regularly Comfortable working around machinery and in fast-paced environments Basic math skills and ability to read safety/operation instructions Preferred Skills: SAP knowledge or experience with inventory systems Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Positive attitude and accountability Why Join Us?
