Overview This is a weekend position hours are 8a-5p-Schedule Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon-Regularly scheduled visits and would also be on call during their scheduled days for additional needed home health visits.--Job Summary: The RN is responsible for provision of nursing care in the patient's home setting by using assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation techniques in accordance with the NC BON and CarePartners policies and procedures. They will demonstrate sensitivity to needs of culturally diverse populations by providing appropriate sound judgement in a professional manner in order to coordinate and supervise patient care.-Required Education:Diploma in Nursing, Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing-Required License:Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Compact license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON; BCLS.
