The Team Lead will help to transition new associates to the department through coaching, supervision, and additional training. This position will also take on various responsibilities throughout the department as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment and Physical DemandsThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional weekends may be required.
