Position Summary: The Clinical Coordinator, under the guidance of the Clinical Analytics manager, abstracts and analyzes data to support system initiatives that include the Centers of Excellence for Orthopedics and other initiatives as prioritized. #The Clinical Coordinator will collaborate with multi-disciplinary associates, leaders and medical staff across the organization to ensure evidence-based analytics and measures are followed throughout the continuum of care. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders for process improvement, metric determination and data analysis as assigned by Quality leadership. # Minimum Requirements: Education######## Bachelor of Science in Nursing Experience###### 3 years Utilization Management or Case Management Experience License/Registration/Certifications# SC Nursing License/Compact State Board Certification in Area of Clinical Expertise Preferred Requirements Preferred Education##### Master of Science in Nursing/Healthcare Administration Preferred Experience#### N/A Preferred License/Registration/Certifications#### N/A Core Responsibilities: Ensures hospital compliance with professional, regulatory and governmental standards of care. Responsible for planning, conduction and coordinating leadership and staff meetings. Demonstrates commitment to professional growth by attending or participation in management training and /or continuous education on an annual basis. Develops, implements, measures, and monitors success of plans designed to improve associate professional educational levels on core competencies. Demonstrates ways to enhance the quality of communications between the department and its customers, fellow associates, other departments, physicians and the community. Fosters and promotes teamwork within the department and the organization as a whole. Resolves conflicts constructively, and in a timely manner. Demonstrates appropriate computer-based skills commensurate with job duties. Other Duties as Assigned # #
