PURPOSE OF JOB:
Operate injection-molding presses for the removal of product and
packaging. Including 100 % quality inspection of parts produced.
Perform all necessary secondary operations as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates injection -molding press in a safe and efficient manner
in accordance with established guidelines.
Removes product and/or removes product from conveyor.
Safely remove excess material from molds.
Performs all necessary secondary operations as required.
Inspects and accepts product to insure conformance with all
quality standards and/or customer requirements.

Package product and ensure product is properly labeled and/or
Notify Shift Quality Inspector and Process Technician of all
quality and press/equipment problems.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Adhere to all Marchel
Industries polices and procedures.
Other duties as assigned
Assemble required packaging material and supplies.
Make boxes and assemble packaging supplies as required.
Assemble sufficient packaging to enable the following shift to

EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
High school diploma or its equivalents.
Must have basic math skills
Must have adequate oral and written communicate skills.
