Corp Customer Service Coordinator Lead

Functional

Define and lead project work needed for supply chain and customer service teams Create/Refine processes to improve Customer Service activities Develop and train associates Coordinate customer service activities to align with business, supply chain and manufacturing needs Coordinate/Communicate customer service process needs with business planners.
Handle general order entry activities as needed Review and release all orders from Planning Hold status and ship to customers as needed Handle key communication with customers. Pro-active issue resolution as needed.
Primary Customer Service contact for key defined accounts.
Other managerial/leadership requirements as needs arise

Support

Provide Daily customer service support as needed (for other areas) Coordinate and delivery key customer request / needs

Technical

Troubleshooting and problem resolution for internal and external needs Set up and maintenance of Customer files in SAP Set up SAP with customer parameters for orders/shipments/invoicing Report creation

Qualifications:

2-4 yrs. in job family or similar experience Knowledge of customer service and logistics process Advanced technical skills in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) SAP System Knowledge (Deep understanding of Multiple Modules, and /or a recognized expert in one SAP Module; and/or Deep Knowledge of Multiple Information Systems) Knowledge of customer service practices
