Summary: The Factory ME Specialist actively supports the implementation of the local leadership teamimprovement strategy. The role acts as the center of expertise for FI and Industrial Performance. This role is a member of the FI Pillar and Local Leadership Team. Responsibilities: Supports definition, alignment and implementationofthe Local Leadership Team Execution Plan: Co-develop Local Leadershipimprovement strategy that considers: Factory OMP Loss Analysis / External Benchmarks Gain alignment from the LLT / Key Stakeholdersaround the Execution Planand supports cascade across the Business Unit (Production Department communication strategy). Partner with LocalLeadership Team to definetheirExecution Plans to deliver the expected results that include: NCE rollout plans Other factory key enablers (Digital, CAPEX,..etc. Key improvement projects Key competency building activities External support requirements Support the execution of the improvement plan by: Ensures proper governance / routines at LLT levels to track execution progression and improvement sustainability Spend time on shop floor to evaluate maturity progression and identify key opportunities. Provide guidance and feedback to LLT and align on corrective actions to adjust execution plans Develop Critical Competence within Key Members of Local Leadership Team DevelopLocal Leadership Team (including Functional reps / AWG System Owners)ability to identify opportunities to transform workplace, people, and behaviors to deliver results through GEMBA visits Partner with HR / Training & Learning Pillar rep to the LLTto establish and evaluate robustness of function/pillar capability plan Train and coach Local LeadershipTeam / AWG systemOwners on needed system competences based on development needs and escalate for external support as needed. Required Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing. 1-3 years working with Factory Management & Leadership team,with success in supporting & developing cross functional teams. 1-3 years with an active role on the implementation ofGoal Alignment/TPM/Lean. Understanding of cultural change management, process improvement and business connections. Experienceworking with Line labor standards, Budget preparation/review, and line capability/speed studies 1-3 years working & developing improvement projects, loss analysis, & strong experience in leading /applyingproblem solving tools. Required Skillset: Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, GA, FI, LVS) Problem Solving capabilities Strong analytical skills Basic understanding of Change Management Competence on Continuous Improvement Guide (CIG) Strong competence of key Standards (St. 21-908, etc.) Basic understanding of manufacturing processes Project Management competence Understanding of Basic Finance & Value Creation Knowledge of key data systems (SAP, NSAM, etc) The Nestl Companies are an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer seeking diversity in qualified applicants for employment.
