Job Description:

A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You'll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC's brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace. Our Sales and Marketing Operations team is client centric and strategises to distinctively position PwC's brand in the marketplace and facilitate long term revenue growth. As part of our team, you'll help with the team to report, maintain, and analyse data within customer relationship management systems.

To participate full-time in a FY21 project to evolve and accelerate PwC's Salesforce adoption -- including improving related processes, guidance and communication, data quality, dashboards and the platform. Resources would specifically focus on user enablement and adoption.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Working with large teams on projects that include stakeholders from multiple functions;
  • Understanding of marketing, communications and sales operations to advise on and support desired behaviors;
  • Demonstrating experience with assisting individuals and groups with smoothly transitioning to a new future state, including process improvement and change management activities such as communication, process mapping, training and stakeholder alignment;
  • Understanding problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Delivering innovative strategies, solutions, programs and materials; and,
  • Understanding of systems, tools, and resources and their impact on business development and pursuit efforts.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Identifying and analyzing root cause issues, exploring opportunities and developing recommendations and strategies;
  • Working with key stakeholders, running feedback sessions, analyzing and summarizing insights;
  • Conducting role and process mapping and impact assessments;
  • Understanding communication development and writing with clarity and impact;
  • Developing change management strategies and plans to transition people to future state;
  • Using digital tools to communicate and sustain change;
  • Building and strengthening relationships related to stakeholder management, change management, and influencing without authority;
  • Demonstrating the ability to work with team management concepts and principles including facilitation skills, diplomacy, creativity, organization, strategic thinking and design;
  • Managing tasks and projects;
  • Adapting to a rapidly changing environment;
  • Working effectively within tight deadlines and firm schedules; and,
  • Understanding and applying problem-solving and negotiation skills.
