ACA's Talent Acquistion team is growing and we want a leader to manage our Specialists within the TA team! This person will work to divide their time between sourcing on selected roles and administrative functions within the hiring process to leading the current team of specialists, working to develop their skillsets and continue to make the hiring process more efficient. This role will include coaching and developing the specialist team, as well as hands-on responsibilities to help schedule interviews, manage assessments, and process candidates for upcoming hires. The ideal candidate has experience leading, and is a working coach, helping to continuously make improvements to the process, guiding the team to balance priorities and meet deadlines consistently as well as be a leader on projects within the talent acquisition team.Responsible for training, coaching and developing the team, leading them through the hiring process.Become an ATS administrator, ensuring the team’s usage of the ATS is timely and accurate for all candidates. Helps /leads process improvement projects within our systems/ATS.May help to schedule onsite/virtual interviews with multiple participants and coordinate travel for candidates if necessary.Work with vendors involved in the hiring process to handle questions regarding candidates.Handles reporting for hiring process; including twice yearly OFAC reporting.Coordinate all pre-hire processes which may include reference checks, background checks, drug screens, employee files, and other pre-hire verifications and new hire processes.Handles new hire pre-adverse process, following proper process for communication.Manage ad-hoc projects to improve the processes and procedures of the talent acquisition process.Responsible for tracking and preparing weekly/monthly email communications/ reports communicating recruiting activities.Responsible for employee referral program; tracking and requesting checks. Responsible for tracking vendor invoices, and usage. Guide team to prioritize efficiently, working to maintain SLAs in agreement.Identify and contact potential candidates through sourcing avenues. Prequalify candidates for job and culture fit, experience and salary expectations.Help team to track/assist with registration for career fairs, job postings, candidate assessments, etc.Positively impact and represent the employer brand of ACA by providing candidates with timely, accurate and effective communications.Must have 1-2 years experience leading individuals; demonstrating ability to handle a team and handle responsibilities simultaneously.Must be a driven, self-starter who would describe themselves as organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle/prioritize multiple tasks/projects at one time. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ideal candidate will have either degree in Human Resources or Marketing, or relevant work experience.Proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
