Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to all Corporate
Recruiters and will act as a key point of contact for all
candidates and new hires pertaining to onboarding-related
activities within the department. The Recruiting Coordinator will
use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) iCims to assist hiring
managers, Corporate Recruiters and applicants with troubleshooting
and support. This role is also responsible for the creation and
management of reports to track recruitment activity and metrics.
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide oversight to the company
Employee Referral Program (ERP) and corresponding communication.
The Recruiting Coordinator will assist the Director of Talent
Acquisition with designated department projects. The Recruiting
Coordinator may also act as a Sourcing Specialist to help solicit
and attract more talent to engage with recruiters and apply through
our ATS. This Recruiting Coordinator may also help with recruiting
events, advertisements, presentations.

search strings. Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking
Systems, Behavioral Assessments, and Digital Interviewing.
Able to demonstrate problem-solving
skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. A

Passion to engage, motivate and work with others with others within
