The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to all Corporate Recruiters and will act as a key point of contact for all candidates and new hires pertaining to onboarding-related activities within the department. The Recruiting Coordinator will use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) iCims to assist hiring managers, Corporate Recruiters and applicants with troubleshooting and support. This role is also responsible for the creation and management of reports to track recruitment activity and metrics. The Recruiting Coordinator will provide oversight to the company Employee Referral Program (ERP) and corresponding communication. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist the Director of Talent Acquisition with designated department projects. The Recruiting Coordinator may also act as a Sourcing Specialist to help solicit and attract more talent to engage with recruiters and apply through our ATS. This Recruiting Coordinator may also help with recruiting events, advertisements, presentations.

 

My commitment will include:

  • Overseeing the Employee Referral Program, including tracking, communication, and reporting.
  • Overseeing new and existing employee ATS processing and onboarding to support HR.
  • Overseeing all social media campaigns, including tracking, communication, and reporting.
  • Overseeing all internal and external employee and customer surveys, including tracking, communication and reporting.
  • Performing follow-up with new employees to assist with questions and ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Communicating with incoming new employees to ensure all details have been arranged for successful onboarding.
  • Data entry and maintenance of applicant tracking system.
  • Execute Data Reporting regularly for Recruiting Metrics and performance weekly, monthly and annually.
  • Overseeing contract and temporary staffing requests with outside agencies/vendors with local leaders.
  • Source and solicit talent as needed by Talent Acquisition team.
  • Overseeing passive candidate talent pool and quarterly re-engagement.
  • Participate and assist in new strategic recruiting initiatives and technologies including CNA and RN graduate programs.
  • Coordinate and attend local Career fairs as needed.
  • Overseeing flight risk and turnover prevention initiatives

Skills will you use:

  • You’ll support the Talent Acquisition team to implement intelligent sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive candidates with greatest potential for success at our company.
  • Ensure candidate communications support a strong employment brand that attracts Top Talent in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Keep abreast of sourcing best practices and recommend process improvements to support continuous improvement of candidate recruitment.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Team to establish, maintain, and grow community relationships to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent, adapting easily to change and presenting process flow solutions.
  • Full-cycle candidate management, specifically, building successful candidate profiles, establishing rapport, appropriate candidate assessment and decision-making, and effectively selling, negotiating and closing.
  • Provide sourcing support to workforce planning initiatives for new building activations and expansions.
  • Provide guidance consistent with our employment policies and procedures, state and federal employment law, to promote efficient, legal and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Utilize sourcing strategies to ensure workforce diversity goals are met.
  • As part of the Talent Acquisition team, travel to recruitment and community events, as needed to ensure appropriate employer presence.
  • Ensure productivity expectations are being met to source, screen, and submit viable candidates to open positions.
  • Assist in posting jobs on job boards, professional/social media, schools, and association career sites.
  • Support administrative processing of job postings, salary setting, and employment offers.
  • Support and perform ATS system updates and new business line acquisitions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

 

EDUCATION: High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.

LICENSURE: Not applicable

EXPERIENCE: 1-year experience in Human Resources or staff recruiting.  Health Care or Hospice experience preferred. iCims Applicant Tracking system knowledge highly preferred.

SKILLS: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff. Working knowledge of Recruitment and/or Human Resource functions. Experience with passive candidate sourcing and marketing via online platforms, including a knowledge of Boolean language and developing search strings. Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Behavioral Assessments, and Digital Interviewing. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. A focus on customer service and professional communication skills. Passion to engage, motivate and work with others with others within a diverse environment. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate, with experience in the operation of office equipment and iCims knowledge preferred.

TRANSPORTATION: Able to travel for business as required.

HEALTH STATUS: Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to agency health screening requirements and required testing.

 

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
1. Complete required work on a daily basis.
2.Cope with work involving ill, disabled, and dying patients.
3.Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently. Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.
4.Move equipment and supplies necessary for job functions.
5.Read in a 12 point or larger type, speak and write English in order to fulfill job functions in an understandable way.
6.See/hear or use prosthetics that enable accomplishment of job.
7.Meet the health requirements of the agency.
8.This position rarely to never has patient contact and does not require hands-on patient care; thus, the risk of contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials is minimal (CategoryIII)
