- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN

registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC
(Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should
confirm with NCBON Certificate: BLS Healthcare

- Preferred Experience: Large, high acuity ICU in a trauma
J4 ICU is a 12 bed ICU unit that cares for general ICU patients
with Medical, Surgical, Neurological, Trauma, and Cardiac
needs. This includes patients requiring mechanical
ventilation, titratable drips and pressors, and complex ICU acuity
Nurses need to have ICU experience, progressive care or step-down
experience. Patient population might include medical surgical,
neuro and cardiac. Flexibility to work with a variety of ICU or
stepdown patients is needed. Nurse to patient ratio will be 1:2 or
1:3 based on patient acuity. The need to float to other specialty
ICUS will be needed at times.
