Job DescriptionJob SummaryThis position is responsible for engaging with potential new partners (leads/prospects) and co-creating solutions that support their mission objectives. This role exercises discretion and independent judgment in determining which leads are viable prospects and how to progress them through the potential new partner funnel appropriately. Ultimately, the goal is to move the prospect to the point of deciding to partner with Upward.Job Responsibilities

  • Adopt a mindset of serving, while believing in oneself and committing to the daily discipline of building confidence.
  • Uncover the logical and emotional needs of prospects and any associated obstacles to achieving those ends. Assist in co-creating solutions that contribute to realizing desired results.
  • Put the prospect at the center of the story, ensuring that interactions with them are relational, not transactional.
  • Actively listen to prospects with genuine interest and curiosity, evidencing a commitment to come alongside them as a trusted guide and a true partner in ministry.
  • Effectively communicate aligned solutions to the church leader in order to compel them to become a partner with Upward Sports
  • Manage time and resources to effectively lead out new partner acquisition projects in target markets at a pace that meets the desired activity output.
  • Achieve agreed upon monthly and annual KPI's and goals within a predetermined schedule, ultimately related to moving prospects to the commitment phase of becoming a partner with Upward Sports.
  • Proficiently use a CRM tool to efficiently follow business processes that facilitate effective engagement strategies with prospects.
  • Ensure delivery of a consistent, remarkable experience throughout the prospect's journey with Upward, including their transition to the Account Management Team.
  • Perform other Partner Experience duties or special projects as required or assigned. Education and or license requirement1. B.A./B.S. in related field of equivalent experience2. 2 years of sales; Upward Sports experience preferred.3. Will require the ability to comprehend and relate to a variety of systems and products that will play a critical role in conversations with prospects.4. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed information in CRM> 5. Ability to multi-task and still maintain focused on priorities without being distracted.
