Overview:SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
capital markets professional to serve as Corporate Treasurer. The
main responsibility of this role will be to lead our Capital
Markets (asset-backed issuance program) and Financial Planning and
Analysis functions. This role will also be responsible for
supporting the Chief Financial Officer in all facets of financial
risk management, capital planning and budgeting.Essential
FunctionsLead the company's Finance and Capital Markets function,
which includes all facets of capital markets / securitization,
financial planning and analysis, and budgeting.Analyze and model
asset performance for the overall company, as well as the
securitization program.Monitor cash flow and forecasting future
cash needs, ensuring that the company has sufficient liquidity to
meet its obligations.Develop and implement strategies to manage
financial risks, including liquidity and interest rate risks, as
well as capital modeling.Manage the company's relationship with
banks and other financial institutions, negotiating favorable terms
and conditions for secured warehouse and unsecured credit
lines.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
and the Board of Directors, including analysis of financial
results, key performance indicators, and other relevant
metrics.Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth
functioning of financial operations.Maintain compliance with all
relevant laws and regulations related to financial
operations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting,
economics, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation
not required but preferred.10+ years of experience in a treasury or
finance role, preferably in the auto or consumer finance
industry.Knowledge of, and experience in, structured finance, and
in particular, consumer (auto) securitization.Excellent leadership
skills, and in particular, proven ability to develop and grow
talent.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen
attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Knowledge of
financial modeling and forecasting, and proficiency in relevant
software tools.Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
related to financial operations.Ability to work under pressure and
meeting tight deadlines.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has
supervisory responsibilities.TravelApproximately 10% of travel is
