Job Description:

Penmac Staffing is -currently seeking an Assembly Technician -for a gear manufacture -located in Lyman SC. The ideal candidates would have experince with -assembly processes including putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, assembling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping /receiving and general clean up. The main focus of the position at this time is assembly of reducers and motors. Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience is required, including a background in hand assembly. -Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday AND -3rd shift 10:30pm-7am Monday-Friday - -Requirements of the Assembler:Must be able to occasionally sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, push and pull, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.Must be able to continuously meet the Company's production requirements.Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous interruptions.Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills.Ability to follow instructions, written and verbal.Ability to communicate with all Company employees in a businesslike and professional manner.Ability to appropriately handle stress and interact with others.Must have mechanical aptitude required to assemble gear drives and motors.Ability to read blueprints.Ability to use gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure quality work.E-mail addressPasswordCountry / RegionLanguage - -Apply online now! www.penmac.com - -If you have any questions, call or text Penmac at 864-664-2734#ZRAbout Penmac StaffingPenmac Staffing provides free, fast, friendly help finding a job!
