  • referenceAB_4596881job detailsMonday - Friday - Spartanburg, SC 1st shift 6am - 2:30pm (overtime as needed, must be able to work if asked) OWN, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION This position is responsible for following direction and assist in the assembly of machinery for customers. 2 or more years experience in a mechanical position utilizing hand tools, drawings/blueprints is preferred. Experience in automotive or mechanical field encouraged to .salary: $17.99 - $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities
    • Assemble machinery per blueprints
    • Inspect for quality
    • Experience in using handtools
    • Grinding finished assembly to remove any blemishes from machinery
    • Ability to read and understand bill of materialsThe essential functions of this role include:
      • wearing steel toe shoes
      • working in a non-temperature controlled environment
      • manual lifting up to 75lbs
      • standing for 10 hours at one time
      • working up to 5 hrs of overtime per weekSkills
        • Blueprint Reading (1 year of experience is required)
        • Mechanical Assembling (1 year of experience is required)Qualifications
          • Years of experience: 2 years
