Job Description:
Purpose: Supports the operations leadership team by contributing
to labor allocation, leading meetings, assigning job duties,
coaching for success, creating a safe & collaborative work
environment, and driving process improvement. The role will be very
technical and require strong problem-solving skills. Leads will
work closely with department supervisors to monitor work flows,
manage dwells, and drive overall shift performance. -Key
Responsibilities: Collaborate with Operation Supervisor to lead a
team of up to 50 hourly associatesUtilize warehouse tools,
including radio frequency hand held units ("RF Guns") and computer
kiosks, to update transactions within the warehouse management
system (WMS) and log activities in the Labor Management (LM)
moduleUnderstand and act as a role model in following all standard
operating procedures (SOPs)Train and coach associates to achieve
all operational goals and service levelsMentor and develop
teammates to perform better in their current roles while preparing
them for future career opportunitiesAbility to develop and share
best practicesHelp to foster -a positive team environment that
encourages all associates to provide insights and feedback to
improve processes, adapt to an ever-changing business, and stay
focused on customer satisfactionContribute to maintaining a safe

-Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written
communication in EnglishAbility to work collaboratively within a

knowledge of DC operations, including storage methods and material
flowPerformance and metrics driven mindsetExcel, Outlook, Word and
working knowledge of WMS principlesRegularly required to talk or
hear; stand or walk; use fingers, hands and arms to feel, handle,
grip, grasp, lift, push and pull for up to ten (10)
hours/dayAbility to work in a warehouse environment Ability to
reliably attend work/scheduled hoursOccasionally required to sit;
bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as
boxes weighing up to forty (40) pounds; and stoop, kneel, crouch,
and crawl -Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent
requiredMinimum of two (2) years related distribution experience
and/or trainingAbility to work overtime and weekends as required -
