Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for a
Fortune 500 Manufacturing company in COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA. This

the following responsibilities:
Serve on the Site Management Team responsible for guiding the site
in achieving results in the Maintenance reliability of
equipment.
Guarantees the optimization of the maintenance plans to ensure long
term sustainability.
Oversee the performance of maintenance is followed and optimized
for availability of the equipment, cost, effectiveness, and
reliability.
Accountable for implementing ongoing safety efforts for individuals
in the organization.
Improve the up time of manufacturing equipment through analyzing
root causes, leading preventative, and predictive maintenance, as
well as management of spare parts...etc.
Guides, leads, and teaches the effort in the facility toward Lean
Manufacturing processes.Requirements/Skills:
Bachelors Degree Required
10+ years of Maintenance Experience
5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
Strong Mechanical and Electrical Competence
TPM Experience Highly Preferred
Proven Leadership and Management ExperienceUI934000
