The Tindall Utility Division is in the process of constructing a new state of the art manufacturing facility. We are currently hiring for a Utility Sales Representative to support that growth.   • 401K Retirement Account with employer matching! As a Utility Sales Representative, some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager of the Utility Division.
    • Pursue and close large projects with profitable revenue.
    • Develop new and long-term relationships with customers and facilitate sales growth.
    • Provide customers/potential customers with technical support related to Tindall products and services.
    • Negotiate pricing with customers.
    • Prepare proposals for contractors.
    • Coordinate with internal resources to develop and prepare cost estimates.
    • Provide ongoing sales input.
    • Monitor competitor sales activity.
    • Determine promotional support requirements, and
    • Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor. Expectations of Employees

        • Undergraduate degree is required.
        • 1 to 3 years of prior business development/sales experience in a similar environment is required.
        • Knowledge of construction industry is preferred. Traits of Successful Employees

          • Exhibition of strong communication skills when working with fellow employees and customers
          • Ability to complete tasks according to planned schedule
