Compensation:



--- Base Salary: starting pay $16.00 per hour - PLUS Competitive Commission on All Sales and Services and bonuses
--- Plus More Performance Bonuses with each Goal Setting

Working Hours:- 34-36 hours per week - Flexible scheduling - Store hours: 10 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday), 10 am to 4 pm (Saturday) - Closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:
--- Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces
--- Drive sales in a high-end retail setting
--- Welcomes customers by greeting them
--- Advises customers by providing information on products
--- Sell merchandise to consistently meet or exceed sales expectations
--- Provide outstanding customer service and a high-quality shopping experience to grow the customer base
--- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records
--- Processes payments; checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
--- Keeps clientele informed of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
--- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
--- Understand and utilize policies and procedures to be proficient in handling customer transactions and solving customer service issues appropriately
--- Perform store set up and closing operations, including opening and closing office area and moving jewelry to and from the store safe and display areas
--- Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting
--- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
--- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
--- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again

Qualifications:
--- Customer service skills are essential for providing exceptional service to our clients
--- Previous customer service experience is highly desired!
--- Sales goal-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply to drive sales in our upscale retail environment
