Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, P&C licensed sales professional. Prior experience is preferred. Ideal applicants will be speaking with customers on the phone and in person, and are willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
  • Creating and meeting specific goals to best achieve success.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and empathetic attitude with customers in helping them meet their needs and goals.
  • Developing potential clients into long-term customers
  • Being active within the community and assisting with marketing efforts.
  • Handling customer service requests with speed and accuracy. Requirements
    • Interest in marketing products and services that meet customer needs.
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to effectively present our products to potential clients
    • Property and Casualty licensed
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish not required, but may be preferred. Salary plus commission available, based on experience.

      Paid time off and additional benefits available after probationary period.
