experienced clinical and operations team. Position Summary We are
seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to
provide individual and group psychotherapy to older adults in
partner senior living communities. This role is ideal for
clinicians who value flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and
strong administrative supportwithout the burden of building a
private practice from scratch. What Youll Do Provide individual
psychotherapy to older adults in senior living communities
Facilitate group therapy sessions as appropriate Conduct
biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate
with community staff, families, and care teams Maintain timely and
compliant clinical documentation Participate in clinical
consultation and team meetings as needed What We Provide BetterCare

license in North Carolina (required) Strong clinical,
communication, and documentation skills Ability to work
independently within community-based settings Compensation &
