Clinical Team Lead to oversee our Enhanced Services team. In this
role, you will coordinate clinical services, provide direct
therapy, and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality

Description: Conduct and oversee client assessments to determine
clinical needs, service scope, and anticipated outcomes. Assign
team members based on their clinical expertise to ensure the
highest quality care for each client. Provide individual and family
therapy to clients assigned to the Enhanced Services team. Ensure
service delivery aligns with medical necessity criteria and client
Person-Centered Plans (PCPs). Monitor and evaluate interventions,
services, and client progress to support positive treatment
outcomes. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to all team
members, ensuring adherence to best practices and individual
supervision plans. Ensure compliance with service documentation
standards, including reviewing and approving service notes and
PCPs. Lead regular team meetings to discuss client progress,
interventions, and team challenges. Facilitate crisis response and
linkage to additional services as needed to ensure comprehensive
client care. Travel within the service area and maintain a flexible
schedule to meet the needs of clients and the team. The above

Estimated income ranges: Associate Licensed: $57,806.91 -
$63,967.78 Fully Licensed: $60,668.64 - $67,134.51 The ranges above
are estimates based on productivity. Under this compensation model
there is unlimited earning potential! *Final compensation is
determined by factors such as education, licensure level,
experience and other qualifications. Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in Counseling, or Social Work. Licensure: Active or
provisional licensure as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
Experience: Previous experience providing individual and family
therapy. Experience in community-based mental health services
preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical
