mission?driven Program Manager to lead our Macon County
Multipurpose Home- a residential program serving youth who need
structure, guidance, and a supportive place to grow. If you’re

Children MHC provides safe, nurturing homes for children and
strengthens families across North Carolina. We partner with public

create healthier futures. About the Macon County Multipurpose Home
Located in the heart of Franklin, our group home serves youth
referred by the juvenile justice system. These young people benefit
from structure, accountability, and compassionate support. Our team
focuses on teaching life skills, building confidence, and helping
youth redirect their paths in a positive way. What You’ll Do As
Program Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the home
and lead a dedicated team of child?care professionals. This is a
hands?on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a
close?knit community and wants to make a meaningful difference. Key
responsibilities include: Managing daily operations to ensure a
safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment Supervising,
coaching, and developing staff Overseeing budgets, resources, and
scheduling Ensuring compliance with agency policies and state
licensing standards Building strong relationships with youth,
families, staff, and community partners Supporting a culture of
accountability, compassion, and growth What We’re Looking For We’re
seeking a leader who brings both heart and skill to the work.
Minimum requirements: At least 21 years old Bachelor’s degree in
Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Minimum
3 years of experience working with youth in residential or human
services settings Supervisory experience in a human?services
environment Direct care experience with adolescents and families
