job is responsible for overseeing a testing portfolio and all
aspects of the testing life cycle. Key responsibilities include
managing test development, test execution, and results
aggregation/dissemination. Job expectations include collaborating
with front line unit and control function process owners to
understand processes, identify risks to successful execution, and
prioritize/plan for the development of methodologies to evaluate
the effectiveness of processes and controls, and adherence to
applicable laws/rules/regulations, policies, and
procedures.Responsibilities:
- Builds relationships and effectively influences key
stakeholders.
- Detects and remediates organizational and process weaknesses
and deficiencies.
- Maintains ownership and accountability for delivering quality
work and completes work in a time-sensitive and efficient
manner.
- Cultivates talent, recruits, trains, and retains diverse
teams.
- Applies quantitative methods such as modeling, data analytics,
machine learning, and statistics to develop business
solutions.
- Applies knowledge of financial services industry and related

- 540 W Madison St - Bank Of America Plaza (IL4540) Pay and
benefits information Pay range $100,000.00 - $161,000.00 annualized
salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and
skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible
to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall
individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and
contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the
overall success of the Company. Benefits This role is currently
