Job Description:
Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to
join our compassionate team, offering exceptional hospice and
palliative care services. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the
clinical operations within our facilities, ensuring that our
services meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to all
regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in mentoring and
leading our nursing staff, as well as in implementing clinical
policies that uphold our mission to provide dignity, comfort, and
peace to our patients during their most crucial times. Manage and
supervise the daily activities of the nursing staff and coordinate
clinical operations. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws,
regulations, and our internal standards of care. Develop,
implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures. Provide
training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
for new and existing staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and
manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal patient coverage.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient care for quality
assurance and implement improvements as needed. Strong leadership
and team management skills Excellent organizational and
communication skills Proficient in clinical operations and
healthcare regulations Ability to mentor and inspire a team
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance
