Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of
Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts. As a pivotal member of
our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing
comprehensive nursing care, ensuring patient safety and promoting
optimal health outcomes. Our nurses play a crucial role in our
mission to care for and improve human life, leveraging HCA’s
nationwide network of advanced healthcare facilities. Provide
direct nursing care in accordance with established policies,
procedures, and protocols of HCA Healthcare. Monitor patient health
and maintain accurate records of nursing care provided. Administer
medications and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to
ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families on
illness, wellness, and preventive healthcare. Supervise and guide
nursing assistants and other support staff. Strong clinical skills
in a healthcare setting Proficient in using medical software and
electronic health records Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to handle high stress situations with a calm
demeanor Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory. Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
